Socio-kulturna povezanost: iskustva međunarodnih studenata u srbiji i studenata iz Srbije u inostranstvu

Abstract
Cilj rada je da se doprinese boljem razumevanju izazova i mogućnosti socio-kulturne povezanosti sa sredinama porekla i destinacije kroz iskustva međunarodnih studenata, i to studenata iz Srbije koji su imali iskustvo studiranja u inostranstvu, i stranih studenata koji studiraju u Srbiji. Za kvalitativnu analizu su korišćeni rezultati šireg empirijskog istraživanja. Rezultati pokazuju da su se ispitanici u procesu interkulturalnog prilagođavanja u transnacionalnom kontekstu suočavali sa brojnim izazovima i postizali različite nivoe socio-kulturne povezanosti, u zavisnosti od svoje pozicioniranosti. Ispitanici koji su razvili pozitivne strategije u pozicioniranju u odnosu na druge ljude u diskursu ispoljavaju veću odlučnost u upoznavanju drugih kultura, a u zamišljanju budućnosti zadržavaju opciju ostanka u zemlji destinacije. Neki ispitanici su razvili samo delimičnu socio-kulturnu povezanost sa novom sredinom, i/ili limitirane mogućnosti da prihvate multikulturno povezivanje i, za njih, drugačiji stil života. Nedovoljno poznavanje jezika lokalne sredine im je značajno sužavalo mogućnosti za interaktivno pozicioniranje, što naglašava potrebu za društvenom podrškom.
