„Ti nisi ista” – iskustva socio-kulturne adaptacije međunarodnih studenata

Apstrakt
Međunarodni studenti se suočavaju sa brojnim socio-kulturnim i akademskim izazovima u zemlji u kojoj studiraju. Rad se bavi uticajem iskustva studiranja u inostranstvu na promene različitih aspekata života međunarodnih studenata. Oslanja se na rezultate prikupljene u sklopu IS-MIGaIN projekta, kako putem kvantitativnih, tako i putem kvalitativnih metoda. Cilj istraživanja je ispitivanje stavova i iskustava međunarodnih studenata o tome da li je i koliko migraciono iskustvo uticalo na (re)konstrukciju sopstvenog i socio-kulturnog identiteta, kroz njihovu subjektivnu percepciju. Za analizu podataka korišćene su deskriptivna statistička analiza, kao i tematska analiza putem MAXQDA 2024 programa. Iskustva promena doživljenih tokom studiranja u inostranstvu prikazana su iz perspektive međunarodnih studenata u Srbiji i studenata iz Srbije koji su studirali ili i dalje studiraju u inostranstvu. Rezultati pokazuju da postoje kompleksna i raznolika iskustva transformacije u različitim aspektima ličnosti i života međunarodnih studenata, tokom procesa adaptacije u akademske i socio-kulturne okvire društva i države u kojoj studiraju. Zaključak koji se nameće jeste da međunarodni studenti prepoznaju koliko su se i na koji način promenili usled interakcija sa novom sredinom, a te promene uglavnom prihvataju i ocenjuju ih kao pozitivne i korisne.
