Međunarodni studenti između dva tržišta rada: profesionalni identitet, uslovi rada i planiranje karijere

Abstract
Usmerenost univerziteta ka tržištu i implementacija koncepta učenja kroz praksu dovela je do većeg učešća ekonomskih aktera sa mezo nivoa u funkcionisanju visokog obrazovanja. Kompanije, mala i srednja preduzeća postaju partneri naučno-istraživačkih organizacija prevashodno u izvođenju radne prakse studenata, a onda i u obezbeđivanju specifičnih dodatnih poslova i dugoročnih oblika zaposlenja nakon studija. Kod međunarodnih studenata ovakve okolnosti u velikom broju slučajeva dovode do kontakata sa akterima koji dolaze iz više od jednog tržišta rada. Takva situacija može da ima posledice koje se očitavaju u sticanju specifičnog dualnog radnog iskustva studenata i sledstveno tome u poređenju i promišljanju uslova i položaja sopstvene profesije unutar različitih radnih okruženja. Predmet ovog rada jesu upravo radna iskustva međunarodnih studenata u inostranstvu i posledice takvog iskustva po njihov profesionalni identitet, percepciju uslova rada i planiranje karijere nakon završetka studija. Nalazi koji su predstavljeni zasnovani su na integrisanim kvantitativnim i kvalitativnim rezultatima dobijenim pomoću fokusgrupnih intervjua, anketnog istraživanja i dubinskih intervjua rađenih sa stranim studentima u Srbiji, studentima iz Srbije koji se obrazuju u inostranstvu i studentima povratnicima iz obe kategorije.
