Uticaj faktora pritiska i privlačenja na odabir destinacije međunarodnih studenata: kontekst Srbije

Abstract

Mnoge zemlje, a naročito male i manje razvijene zemlje u svetu, sve više tragaju za novim modelima koji bi im pomogli da privuku mlade visokoobrazovane stručnjake da se školuju na visokoobrazovanim institucijama unutar njihovih granica, čime utiču na bolju poziciju na globalnom tržištu. Oslanjajući se na teoriju push-pull faktora, ovo istraživanje ispituje motive školovanja u zemlji domaćina, kao i nameru međunarodnih studenata da ostanu ili da napuste zemlju domaćina nakon završetka školovanja. U radu se koristi pristup kombinovanih metoda kako bi se analizirali podaci koji su prikupljeni kroz sve tri faze istraživanja sa studentima iz Srbije koji se školuju, ili su se školovali u inostranstvu i stranih studenata koji se školuju, ili su se školovali u Srbiji.
